Qobusa Trading and Projects is an IT Consulting & Projects company based in Roodeport and provides services to all provinces in South Africa. We are an emerging black owned company established in 2009. The company was established with an aim of delivering a different IT service to public, private and development sector organization

Qobusa trading and projects aims to be one of the efficient industry players, given our high work ethic and professionalism individually and collectively. In our developing country South Africa, technology is taking over at a radical pace with technological solutions always in demand, that’s where we come in to ensure that the public and private sector meet their service delivery objectives

Objectives of our approach:

  • Clients appreciate and respect ongoing regular involvement at all levels of their supplier’s management staff
  • Support Service delivery excellence is remembered long after the pricing debate. Clients are looking for more than just the “same old” and “mundane” service delivery approach and expect, same time demand, that their supplier applies a large dose of “out of the box” or “out of armchair” thinking to the traditional approach most suppliers take to the service provision.
  • The move towards the industry and technology convergence in the ICT world absolutely demands that successful ICT supplier/integrators have insight and ability to effectively span the expectations gaps.
  • There is an urgent need to provide clients with a structured platform to supply constructive feedback to the supplier on ongoing service and relationship issues.
